Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to the following purchases: T-Shirts and Tote Bags in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Faulty Items:
A faulty item claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. For faulty products please email [email protected] with a description of the fault. Please include your original invoice number along with any photographs.
2. Cancelation and change of mind:
We do not offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind or cancelation.
3. Incorrect sizing:
We do not offer a refund or exchange for incorrect sizing. Please measure carefully with the size charts provided. If you are still unsure please reach out to [email protected] and we will be more than happy to help.
4. Conditions of returns:
(a) You must contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
(b) A returns form must be completed with the goods to the return address provided.
(c) The goods must be inspected by us before either a refund or store credit is issued.
(d) If upon inspection by us, the product is deemed faulty, the cost of the goods and return shipping expense will be covered by us.
(e) Please note we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow-up.
5. Lost or missing parcels:
Any parcels that are marked “Returned to Sender” due to an incorrect address given, a missed delivery, or a delivery that cannot be made due to “unsafe location”, or “unsafe to leave” will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer. Any costs that occur with accepting a return of a defective product or returned mail will be billed to the buyer.
